RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Beadspoint.com we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and manufacturing is our priority. We carefully inspect your order twice prior to shipment for any damage or inaccuracy. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase immediately (within 7 days) of receipt and notify us of any damage, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments.

If, within 7 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Beadspoint.com offers a full refund or exchange for in stock (non-customized) items returned to us within 7 days.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and cut chains and wires.  We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items which are marked down for clearance.

Return Policies:

  • Eligible products returned within 7 days will be refunded to the original payment method or you can select to receive store credit with Beadspoint.com.
  • Any eligible product returned after 7 days will receive store credit with Beadspoint.com.
  • We do not accept returns on the following products:
    • custom-cut products such as chain, wire, wire lace or cord
    • books or software
    • items which were discontinued at the time of purchase
  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging fee will be deducted from your return refund total.
  • In the event you choose to return any non-defective items for which you have received a volume pricing discount, your credit may be adjusted for this item based on the quantity you kept.

If you receive an order with an error please call or email us so we can correct the issue immediately.

Refund Process

After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Beadspint.com will refund the original purchase amount of the item via the mode of payment used in the original purchase, with the exception of bank wire payments.

Orders paid by bank wire will be refunded by check. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

Packages without a return shipping authorization number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us at 1.866.668.GEMS to request another return shipping authorization.

Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
