Beadspoint, will gladly accept uncut, unused or defective merchandise for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 15 days of the received shipping delivery. After 15 days, we will gladly accept unused or defective merchandise for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final.
