  1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
  2. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
  3. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original price tags.
  4. If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
  5. Items that are custom made (furniture & rings) or listed under the sale section are considered a final sale.
