Shipping Fees

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00.

Shipping Fulfillment

Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 48 hours to process. If item(s), that you ordered are sold out, we will urgently contact you and either issue a refund or get it for you as soon as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 150 other countries. International Duties must be covered by recipient. Orders shipped to PO boxes cannot be expedited.

Beadspoint, will gladly accept uncut, unused or defective merchandise for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns

Simply email customer service at info@beadspoint.com, or call 972-484-3800, if you have any special instructions or want us to ship a replacement. Cut Chains, wires and Jewelry are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the items.

Refunds

Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 15 days of the received shipping delivery. After 15 days, we will gladly accept unused or defective merchandise for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Sale Items

Anything purchased on the website on sale will be considered a final sale but eligible for store credit. Please contact info@beadspoint.com, or call 1-866-668-GEMS to see if you're eligible for store credit on a sale item!
